We are a full-service property management company with our main office located in Santa Clara County specializing in single family and multi-family rental management and sales.
We work primarily with single family homes and multi-family buildings but also manage HOAs throughout Santa Clara and Alameda County. Our office is located in the South Bay city of San Jose.

Bob Nastasi established the company in 1994 and since then A to B has been involved in all aspects of the real estate industry including Loans, Real Estate Sales and Property Management.
We are a tight-knit group of people and most of our employees have worked together for years. Each one with a different field of expertise, we are able to supply our customers with all of their property management needs.
Our company has worked with owners from all over the country in all aspects of property management from leasing the property, screening tenants and marketing to collecting rents, coordinating repairs and evictions. We have long-established relationships with great local contractors, attorneys and other vendors that will take care of any problem that could come up while managing your property.

At A to B our goal is to eliminate the headache that can come with managing a rental property by giving our owners and tenants superior service and care.

Owner, Bob Nastasi has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1985 and a Real Estate Broker in the state of California since 1992. Bob started A to B in 1994 mostly focusing on purchase and refinance loans. This business quickly expanded into Real Estate Sales with hundreds of properties sold over the past decade.
Eventually there was a need to service our investor clients and Bob decided to further expand his services by forming A to B Property Management.
